About Paulina Longenbaugh

As a second-generation Real Estate Agent and proud El Paso native, I have a deep-rooted connection to our community. My extensive knowledge of all the hypermarkets in El Paso allows me to cater to the diverse needs of our residents.

I hold the distinction of being a CCM commercial candidate, specializing in land development for medical and retail purposes. My educational background includes a degree from NYU, which has equipped me with the skills and expertise needed in the real estate industry and working with transnational homebuyers and investors alike.

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am actively involved in our community through my service on the Borderline 100 Club organization board as Vice-President. This organization is dedicated to supporting our brave first responders in El Paso County and their families. As a mother of two children and the wife of a first responder, I understand the importance of safety and community support firsthand.
